These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.wallufy.com.

Article 2 – Applicability

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Wallufy website.

2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2.3 Wallufy reserves the right to update these Terms. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 3 – Products

3.1 Wallufy sells personalized star maps and location maps.

3.2 All products are custom-made based on customer-provided details (such as date, location, spelling, and design choices).

3.3 Customers are responsible for verifying that all entered information is correct before completing the order.

Article 4 – Formation of the Agreement

4.1 An agreement is formed once the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation by email.

4.2 Wallufy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout.

5.3 Production will only begin after successful payment.

Article 6 – Delivery

6.1 Orders are produced and shipped within the timeframe indicated on the website.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods or logistical factors beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Under EU consumer law, personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

7.2 Because Wallufy products are made according to the customer’s specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

7.3 Customers must carefully review their order details before purchase.

Article 8 – Damaged or Incorrect Items

8.1 If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Wallufy within 48 hours of delivery.

8.2 The customer must provide clear photographic evidence.

8.3 If the claim is valid, Wallufy will offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

9.1 All designs, texts, images, and content on the website are the intellectual property of Wallufy or its licensors.

9.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

Article 10 – Liability

10.1 Wallufy is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

10.2 Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

10.3 Minor color differences between digital previews and printed products may occur due to screen variations and printing processes and do not constitute defects.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

11.1 Wallufy is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

12.2 Consumers residing in another EU country retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their local law.

12.3 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
