Return Policy – Wallufy

At Wallufy, every star map and location map is custom-made especially for you. Because of this, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail products.

Personalized Products

All Wallufy products are made to order based on the date, location, and design choices you provide.
For this reason, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (custom-made goods).

Please double-check all details (date, location, spelling, design options) before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wallufy.com.

To process your request, include:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
  
• A short description of the issue
  

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start production quickly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are only possible within 1 hour of purchase.

After production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Personalized Items (if applicable)

If Wallufy offers non-personalized items in the future, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (in cases of damage or error), it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
